Yummy/Decadent Arctic Zero Sundae

This is a terrible photo but it is actually super yummy and pretty! (I swear!)

Sometimes I just want an entire sundae for dinner and I want it to be massive so when I do this is one of my go to sundaes.


1 Banana Sliced

3 Tablespoons Truvia (Buy it here)

2 Cups of Chopped Strawberries

Trader Joe’s Chocolate Covered Cacao Nibs¬†(Buy it here)

1 Pint of Strawberry Arctic Zero

2 Cups of Water


  1. First make the strawberry syrup. To do this you mix the 2 cups of water with the strawberries and Truvia. Bring it to a boil then simmer it for approximately 20 minutes until it develops a syrup/jam like texture. Then put the syrup in either the fridge or freezer to cool. (Depending how impatient you are… I’m pretty much always impatient).
  2. When the syrup is cooled mix all of the ingredients together. It is super simple and tastes amazingly decadent.

Chile Relleno Boca Burger Product Review + Recipe

00759283001913_fullOne of my favorite foods is chile rellenos so when I saw that Boca now makes a chile relleno burger I was very excited.

This product did not taste at all like a chile relleno. It was edible but not as exciting as I expected it to be. I do like that the calories are so low and it contains so much protein.

Here is a quick snack recipe that I made with it. It is both low calorie and high protein.

Boca Chile Relleno Snack Recipe


1 Tomato Chopped

2 Tablespoons Queso Fresco

2 Tablespoons Green Salsa

1 Boca Burger Chile Relleno Burger

Directions: Microwave burger for 1 minute and 45 seconds. Top with queso fresco, chopped tomato and green salsa. (It is really simple…. why did I even write directions!?)
